PowerShell Script: Modify AVS Cluster Size

Speaking with someone and they wanted to automate the growing/shrinking the size of the Azure VMware Solution cluster. Admittedly it may be easier as a one off to do it in the Azure portal but for anyone who wants to grow / shrink dynamically based on some cluster variable using an Azure Function app, this script should help.
